What's the best recipe you know?

Romanian Chicken and Sour Cream Gravy.

I just made this for my family after X-mas. They liked it a lot. This recipe is for 2-3.

1-Cube 2-3 chicken breasts.

2-Brown in Skillet using 1 tblspn butter

3-Empty 8 oz of sour cream into a

mixing bowl

4-Fill the sour cream container with

milk and add that to the sour cream

5-Next add one heaping spoonful of all

purpose flour and one tblspn of butter

6-Mix, then add to browned chicken

7-Bring mixture to a nice simmer and

be very sure to stir often

8-Salt and pepper to taste. Thicken

it by adding a little flour or thin it by

adding a little milk.

9-Serve over potatoes or biscuits

* Make sure you actually brown the chicken. Usually I cook the chicken till all the juices are out, drain the juices, and then I add the butter for browning. It really does make a world of difference!

Now you can send me a recipe;)What's the best recipe you know?
This is my FAVORITE!! I don't normally like salmon, but this is really flavorful and makes a really pretty presentation because it's so colorful! It's very quick and easy to prepare, and makes for a very impressive looking main course for guests.

OSCAR NIGHT SALMON

4 Salmon fillets

Sea Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

1/8 cup Olive Oil

2-3 lbs Romano tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped

1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 cup Mix of Fresh Herbs (Oregano, Thyme, Basil) coursely chopped

Lay out salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Sprinkle fillets with sea salt and pepper (to taste) Mix chopped tomatoes, garlic and herbs into olive oil until well blended. Spread tomato/herb mixture evenly over fillets, covering completely. Place in broiler oven for about 10-15 minutes, until fish becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve fillets over brown rice medley and with green garden side salad. What's the best recipe you know?
