What is the best recipe for salsa?

There are MANY salsa recipes out there; internet; books etc but most are tasteless; or unoriginal; or boring texture.


I made this one after experiencing a dish simular to it in a spanish resterant; and it is REALLY good :D

There are literally thousands of recipes for thousands of salsas ... I would just do a search here on Yahoo and online - you'll find many.





However, what can make a great salsa is if you roast your own chilis, tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic ... use fresh ingredients and it's hard to go wrong.
