Loose green tea, sugar, fresh mint.

Boil the water. Add about 3/4 cup of the boiling water to the tea leaves. Let it sit for a minute until the tea leaves open up a bit. Stir by swirling and dump the water to remove some of the tiny little pieces of leaves.

Fill the tea pot up with the boiling water. Let it sit over the fire for a few minutes (depending on how dark you like it).

Remove from heat, add sugar and tea leaves. Let sit for a couple minutes...drink.What's the best recipe for mint tea?
